Today, we will take you to see a practical application case of fabric air ducts in a new energy factory in Henan Province. This project adopts two sets of systems for supply air and return air.
Air supply system: Single-layer fabric air ducts are adopted, and uniform and gentle airflow distribution is achieved through perforated design, effectively eliminating air supply dead zones and temperature gradients within the workshop.

Rectangular return air system: It adopts fiber fabric rubber and plastic composite air ducts, with a structure of: inner layer of A2 grade non-combustible fabric + middle rubber and plastic insulation layer + outer layer of B1 grade flame-retardant fabric, which takes into account both insulation and fire protection functions. The overall color of the air duct is gray, neat and beautiful.
The supply air end adopts surface air supply to prevent local overcooling or overheating, ensuring a stable process environment; the return air end reliably recovers the workshop air into the air conditioning unit, ensuring that the airflow flows unidirectionally along the predetermined path, which is more energy-efficient.
