Application Case of Fabric Air Duct Supply and Return Air System

Supply air system: It uses single-layer fabric ducts, achieving uniform and gentle air distribution through opening design, effectively eliminating the supply air dead zones and temperature gradients in the workshop.

Rectangular return air system: It uses fabric-epoxy composite ducts, with the structure being: inner layer A2-level non-combustible fabric + middle epoxy insulation layer + outer layer B1-level flame-retardant fabric. It takes into account both insulation and fire prevention functions. The overall color of the duct is gray, neat and beautiful.

The supply air end realizes surface air supply, avoiding local overcooling or overheating, ensuring the stability of the process environment; the return air end reliably recovers the workshop air to the air conditioning unit, ensuring that the airflow flows in a predetermined direction in a single direction, and is more energy-efficient.
