Buna isothermal composite insulation air duct application in a certain electrode workshop project in Huizhou

This project adopts an insulated composite insulation air duct. The inner and outer layers are A2-level non-combustible, while the middle rubber-plastic layer is B1-level flame-retardant. The thickness is 25 millimeters. It has good insulation performance and can effectively reduce the heat loss during the air supply process. 

 

The suspension method is double-row sliding rod suspension. Its installation efficiency is 3 to 5 times higher than that of traditional angle steel hangers, and it is suitable for rapid construction of large-length and flexible air ducts. 

 

Using the nozzle air supply method, the air flow range is 10 to 30 meters. The air flow organization is reasonable, meeting the requirements for on-site air supply, and enabling the entire application space to achieve the optimal air supply effect.
