Our company has successfully finished the manufacturing and on-site installation work for a battery workshop project located in Sichuan Province. The project adopts fiber-reinforced rubber-plastic composite air ducts, with round pipe specifications of φ1600mm and φ1800mm. We applied concealed sliding rod mounting technology and a high-precision nozzle air supply system for the overall construction.
The adopted fiber-reinforced rubber-plastic composite air ducts can well avoid surface condensation issues, ruling out potential safety risks that condensed water droplets may bring to precision production equipment and battery cells. Besides, the flexible structural design of the ducts delivers great adaptability during installation, which fits well with the complex pipeline arrangement and irregular ceiling structures of the workshop. On the premise of stable and efficient air supply, the project optimizes indoor space utilization and greatly upgrades the overall visual effect of the workshop.
